Our Refund and returns policy.


Faulty Items:

If you receive an item from us and it is damaged please inform us straight away and we will arrange to have the T Shirt returned to us and offer you either a replacement item at no cost to you or a refund including postage charges (or a portion there of if multiple items were purchased at once).


I have changed my Mind:

Generally speaking we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you have simply changed your mind. However we do like our customers to be happy so if you do have concerns or do not like the product you have received we would like to hear feedback from you. 


I ordered the wrong size by mistake:

Mistakes happen, and nothing is more annoying than staring at that amazing new t shirt that just won't fit. So as long as the T Shirt is still "New" (i.e. not worn, washed, stained or given to the dogs as a chew toy etc) then you can return the T Shirt to us and we will exchange it for a T Shirt of the same design in the correct size. You will need to cover the postage both ways. Please send an email to us before returning the item, stating the size you ordered and the size you would like to change to. Please send a cover note in the package, stating your name, email address and return address. 


In addition to above all refunds or exchanges must adhere to the below conditions:

1) You must notify us of your complaint within 14 days of receiving the product  After this time a refund or exchange will not be possible unless it is enforced by Australian Law.

2) All Items returned must be in new condition, meaning not worn, stained, washed or given to your dog as a chew toy.

3) We reserve the right to deem whether the item is in new condition or not. If you return an item to us which we deem to not be in new condition we will be unable to refund or exchange the item, and will return the item to you at your own expense.

4) Unless the item is damaged or Arctic Tees has agreed to cover the postage charges, the customer will be responsible for all postages charges  on exchanges or refunds. If the customer asks for an exchange, they have the choice of either sending an envelope for return postage, or Arctic Tees will send an invoice with the postage amount.
