1.How long will my t shirt take to arrive?

Arctic Tees aims to send all t-shirts out on the same day if your order is placed before 1 pm. T shirt delivery time varies depending on the delivery method you select. For more information please see our Delivery section. 

 

2. Do you accept design submissions?

3. Why are your t shirts so cheap?

Arctic Tees’ t shirts are so cheap because we want to bring cool t shirts to Australians for prices that are affordable to everyone. We don’t compromise on quality or ethics, but by taking the ‘middle men’ out of the process . We do most of the work ourselves- we don’t hire website designers, graphic designers, or people to fill in our paperwork and make us our coffee :)

 

4. How do I know what size t shirt to order?

For more information check out our T shirt sizing page. As a general rule though, if you order a Medium tee from an American site like Threadless, order a Large with Arctic Tees. 

 

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, and you lucky overseas folk also happen to get our tees 10% cheaper as we don't have to charge you Goods and services Tax. We currently allow for automatic processing of orders to New Zealand, Unitied states and the Unitied Kingdom, If you live elsewhere in the world please send an email to sales@arctictees.com.au before placing your order for a postage quote.

 

6. How secure is your store?

Arctic Enterprises PTY Ltd and Arctic Tees does not hold credit card information on our servers, nor do we retain this information. As soon as you click submit on the payment page this information is forwarded to our secure payment gateway and bank using advanced encryption technologies and SSL certificates (the padlock in the address bar when you click checkout) for processing. 

 

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. 

 

8. What is your return’s policy?

We want you to be 100% happy with your item, so, if there’s a fault or problem with your item we will happily exchange the item,  as long as the item is still in new condition. We offer the following: replacing the original tee,  store credit, or a refund of the t-shirt cost onto the credit card. All returns must be made within 14 days of your purchase.  We have a more comprehensive Returns policy here

 

9. What charities do you support?

We have a single charity that we support every 3 months Our charities page list our current charity and some information abbot them. If you know of any charities that deserve our support, send us an email.



10. Do you accept payments from foreign credit/debit cards?

Yes, we do. As long as your card is a Visa or Mastercard, and is enabled for online usage. 

 

11. I run a local store and want to stock your t-shirts, is this possible?

Yes, please contact us for a wholesale pricing and an information pack.
